ASSEMBLY AND MANUFACTURING
Upon request, we can take care of prototype production as well as the final assembly of complete electronic systems and devices. We offer SMT lines with automatic optical inspecion (AOI) & statistical process inspection (SPI), THT Assembly lines (Radial, Axial and Odd Form), Wave and selective soldering.
We also offer panel decoration, with tampo printing and ultrasonic welding and panel assembly including wire harness and the complete system final test.
TESTING
We offer various test methods for your products, such as in-circuit-test (ICT), automatic optical inspection (AOI) and statistical process inspection (SPI) as well as customized functional testing.
INDIVIDUALIZINGOptimum protection against dirt and moisture is guaranteed by the automatic conformal UV coating and potting. Whether laser marking or QR labels, traceability is assured during the complete process. These methods are just as automated as the packing and packaging processes.
